All online training courses provided by SME Business Concierge Ltd are provided under licence from the course providers. When a purchase is made SME Business Concierge are charged a fee.
Where a course has been purchased and has not been accessed by the learner premium range courses may be subject to a one hundred percent refund. If the learning has been accessed the licence will have been activated which results in SME Business Concierge Ltd being charged by the course provider at the rate of fifty percent of the course value. Where this is the case a refund of fifty percent will be claimable unless the assigned course(s) has been added in error by a member of SME Business Concierge Ltd.
For non premium range courses in the CPD range licences are activated upon completion of your website order. Where an error has occurred by a member of SME Business Concierge Ltd and a refund is requested this will be at one hundred percent of the order value. Where SME Business Concierge Ltd are not at fault the refund will be subject to a cost of three pounds.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

SME Business Concierge Ltd recommend a number of products and services to help you grow your business that are provided through approved partners.
Where you have acquired a product or service form an approved partner and you wish to request a refund your request must be made directly to the approved partner and not SME Business Concierge Ltd.
SME Business Concierge Ltd do not accept any responsibility for the service provided by third parties.
